Welcome to the Culture and Cuisine Club.

What began as a blog to chronicle the themed dinner parties hosted by a group of adventurous foodies has evolved, in the last eight years, into so much more. I’ve jumped head first into the independent publishing pool, and have four books to show for it. Born to Die: The Montauk Murders, my first murder mystery, was followed last year by A Gourmet Demise: Murder in South Tampa. A lighthearted vampire novella, My Gentleman Vampire: The Undead Have Style, introduced a sassy group of tango dancing vampires. Bacon Aporkalypse: Savory Stories and Recipes allowed me to combine two things I love—flash fiction and recipes.

Recently I have taken on another challenge—working in the jewelry and watch department at a local luxury retailer. This job (I call myself a jewelry stylist) enables me to fulfill two objectives—to assist my customers in accessorizing their outfits with gorgeous products and to gather oodles of material for the current work in progress.
